April Fools Day is my favourite day on Facebook! It’s the one day of the year that businesses really go above and beyond with their creative team to come up with the funniest, most outrageous and clever posts they can to get noticed on April Fools Day.

This one is no joke. Red Cross have tied in with April Fools Day to launch their initiative ‘April Pools Day’ to drive awareness around pool safety and offering free CPR training online for the month of April.
This is a great example of how businesses can tie into current events for their own promotions.
