Consulting terms & conditions


Your first consulting appointment must be 90 minutes. Additional appointments can be booked for a minimum of one hour. A booking link for one hour sessions will be provided after initial appointment.


Any bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of meeting times will be forfeited. The time slot is unable to be rebooked at short notice. If a new time is required, payment will be required for the additional meeting time or it will be deducted from your package.


Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase, after this time they will expire. If you are unable to use your sessions within this time, please contact me.

Outside of scheduled appointments, any additional assistance provided via phone, email or other methods will be deducted from your remaining appointment times in 15-minute increments with the exception of Gold and Platinum packages which include email support.

Packages are non-refundable.

Email Support

I will endeavour to respond to all emails within 48 hours Monday – Friday. Email support includes answering questions via email only and does not include performing any talks. Each email response should take no longer than 5 minutes, anything that requires longer than this should be discussed during your consult call.


All prices are in USD. Payment is made via SamCart secure checkout using either credit card or PayPal. You will be emailed a receipt. All prices include GST for Australian residents. Please advise if you require a more detailed business receipt for tax purposes.
